Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma is an innovative agency with big plans and a dynamic energy. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities and disadvantages through the Power of Work. It is part of a network of community-based agencies across North America.

A not-for-profit organization, it is largely self-sufficient-its business model is to sell donated goods in its retail thrift stores and use those profits to partially fund its employment services and training programs. This approach is unique among the community; but it is not a new approach.
